Our laboratory performs a wide range of tests including complete blood count (CBC), blood glucose, liver function tests (LFT), kidney function tests (KFT), lipid profile, thyroid function tests, urine examination, stool examination, blood cultures, sputum cultures, sensitivity tests, WIDAL, VDRL, HIV, HBsAg, HCV, electrolytes, coagulation studies, biopsy and FNAC examinations, PAP smear, and peripheral blood smear examination.
Our laboratory services include sample collection for OPD and indoor patients, emergency laboratory testing available round the clock, automated bio-chemistry analysis, haematology analyser, microbiology culture and sensitivity testing, histopathology and cytopathology specimen processing, serology testing, and timely report delivery. We maintain strict chain of custody and sample handling protocols for all specimens received.
Patients are advised to follow fasting instructions of 8 to 12 hours for blood sugar and lipid profile tests. Inform the laboratory staff about any medications currently being taken as some drugs may affect test results. Urine samples should be collected in clean sterile containers as instructed. Biopsy and cytology samples must be properly labelled and accompanied by a clinical request form with relevant patient history for accurate reporting.
